Your decision letter
Once the property has been valued, you have provided all the supporting evidence needed for your application and we have met with you and completed our assessment – we will give you a decision letter. If If your application is not successful your decision letter will explain why. There is an appeals process for unsuccessful applications.
If the decision is YES
If your application is successful your decision letter will be an offer to purchase the property through the scheme on your behalf. Your letter of offer sets out the details and terms of the purchase and includes important information for you.
If the decision is NO
You will receive a letter, cancelling your application and explaining the reason for that decision.
There is an appeals process for unsuccessful applications.
