Draw
When the applications quota is operating:
- There are certain dates on which we can take in applications. These are called the intake dates.
- All applications received on an intake date will go into a draw. We then deal with applications in the order determined by the draw.
At times the applications quota is suspended. Then every date is an intake date and we skip this step - there is no draw.
