Quota
The applications quota is the number of applications we can process at any given time. We fill the quota from complete and, at first sight, potentially eligible applications in their draw order. If there are any extra applications above and beyond the number needed to fill the quota we will still look at these and give the applicants feedback, as this may help them should they wish to apply at another time.
Applications that are successful in the quota go forward to be processed. We use part of your application fee to get your property valued (this isn’t refundable) and we contact you for any further evidence that might be relevant for your application.
