Properties

For applications to purchase a property through Co-Ownership from 1st April 2008 onwards, there will no longer be a cap on the purchase price of eligible property.

• Criteria for acceptable properties will still apply, and all property purchases will continue to be subject to individual valuation as part of the application process.

• Eligibility criteria for purchasers will still apply, and these are regularly reviewed.
