Step 2 : Guidelines on property

Any kind of property may be considered for Co-Ownership, anywhere in Northern Ireland, although there are some simple rules to bear in mind. Mainly

• The sale price must be inside the current value limits for Co-Ownership properties. These depend on the council area and the number of bedrooms. If you’re in doubt about which council boundary a particular property lies inside, contact us for confirmation on info@co-ownership.org.



• The property must be in good condition and not need any costly essential repairs.
