Step 6 : Property valuation
We instruct a valuer to visit the property immediately we receive the application.
We aim to have the valuation report inside 5 days, providing the valuer can gain access to the property. If the valuer recommends further investigation on any matters, we will write to the estate agent with the appropriate details – for example, any specialist reports needed such as timber or damp.
