How long does it take?

1st thing	Get started house hunting - find out your price range Contact our freephone advisers on 0800 333644 for your upfront personal assessment Once your property is agreed for sale, send your application in to us
Day 1	Your Co-Ownership application Clock starts once we receive your completed application form On Day One receipt confirmed (we write to both you and the estate agent) appointment made (with Co-Ownership adviser) valuer sent property details
Day 7	Nearly there By now you have met with your Co-Ownership adviser valuer has visited property
Day 10	Decision time Provided there are no outstanding items such as missing documents, valuation queries
