Step 10 : Move in
Your solicitor will tell us the completion date (the date on which the purchase is legally completed). Your rent falls due from that date onwards.
We will write to welcome you onto the Co-Ownership Scheme and account for any deductions from the composite fee you sent in with your application form. We will also include any fee refunds due.
It's up to you how long it takes - from your application form to moving day. Some people do it all inside 30 days; but let's say 2 months as a good guideline.
