Step 4 : Valuer’s visit
The valuer will come out to your property to confirm the property details and ensure that we are aware of all improvements made. That way, we can’t accidentally include the value of any improvements in the amount of your equity valuation.
As well as visiting your property the valuer must also do some research into the local property market, and so he cannot confirm during his visit what your equity valuation will be. We will write to you with this information.
