If you have applied to Co-Own for Over 55s directly

We will update the application portal with any decision documents as soon as they are available.

If a member of the Co-Ownership team has submitted an application on your behalf

Once your application is submitted you will receive an email inviting you to create an applicant account. In the case of joint applications, both applicants will be able to create accounts. Once registered you can see the progress of your application and view key documents such as your Co-Ownership Approval, Property Assessment Report and Final Offer.

You will have read only access and will be unable to make any amends to your application or upload your property details once you are sale agreed.
