Our top tips for sellers looking for a speedy sale –

  1. Your estate agent is working on your behalf in the sale of the property. We will keep him up to date throughout so he can answer any questions.
  2. You must provide an Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) for your property. If the property is existing, we will look for the EPC as soon as possible and before we could issue a letter of offer. If it’s a new property we will look for the EPC as soon as it is available and before completion. If the property is not yet built when we are ready to issue the letter of offer, we will accept your advice of the expected rating with the EPC to follow.
  3. Our valuer will need access to the property. The sooner he gets in, the sooner everything can be sorted.
