Customer service is extremely important to Co-Ownership, which is why we are launching a customer panel.
This is an opportunity for you as an existing customer to become more involved in the work of Co-Ownership. We want you to work with us in making positive changes to the products and services that we deliver.
What will the Customer Panel do?
By joining the Customer Panel you will be able to provide valuable feedback on the services we deliver and on new products and initiatives that we are developing. It will give you a better understanding of our work and give you the opportunity to make a difference in relation to the way we communicate with our customers.
How will the Customer Panel work?
The Customer Panel will involve 12-15 existing Co-Ownership customers. They will meet up to four times per year: either online (via Zoom or Microsoft Teams) or in person at our offices in Belfast. Meeting times will be arranged to suit panel members.
Who will make a great Customer Panel member?
- Is enthusiastic and committed.
- Can constructively challenge us and wants to influence the future.
- Respects others’ views and value difference.
- Works well as part of a team.
We want the panel to be representative of all our customers. If we are oversubscribed, we will choose customers based on their location, age range and which product they currently have. For more information about the selection process please see our terms and conditions.
Please note the role of a Customer Panel member is voluntary, but Co-Ownership will cover reasonable, properly submitted and vouched travel expenses to travel to our office for in-person Customer Panel meetings.
