Customer Panel
Customer service is extremely important to Co-Ownership, which is why we are launching a customer panel.
Co-Ownership’s Customer Panel provides an opportunity for existing customers to become more involved in the work of Co-Ownership. We want you to work with us to make positive changes to the products and services we deliver.
What does the Customer Panel do?
The Customer Panel provides valuable feedback on the services we deliver and on new products and initiatives that we are developing. It gives customers a better understanding of our work and provides them with the opportunity to make a difference to how we communicate with our customers.
How does the Customer Panel work?
The Customer Panel involves existing Co-Ownership customers. They meet up to four times per year: either online or in person at our offices in Belfast. Meeting times are arranged to suit members.
Who will make a great Customer Panel member?
Someone who:
- Is enthusiastic and committed.
- Can constructively challenge us and wants to influence the future.
- Respects others’ views and value difference.
- Works well as part of a team.
The Customer Panel is representative of all our customers. If we are oversubscribed, we will choose customers based on their location, age range and which product they currently have. For more information about the selection process please see our terms and conditions.
Please note the role of a Customer Panel member is voluntary, but Co-Ownership will cover reasonable, properly submitted and vouched travel expenses to travel to our office for in-person meetings.
