Applying to Co-Own

Applying to Co-Own is quick, easy, and is done via our website. Applications can be submitted either by the applicant or via the applicant’s financial adviser / mortgage broker and are restricted to a maximum of 2 applicants. Please note that we cannot recommend a financial adviser / mortgage broker.

Mortgage Lenders:

There are a number of lenders in Northern Ireland that will lend for Co-Ownership.  If you are using a mortgage adviser, they will help you find the right one for you, alternatively, below is the list of lenders to contact, correct as of August 2020. You should check with the relevant lender for their up-to-date policy on Co-Ownership cases.

Application fees:

There are 2 fees you will have to pay when applying to Co-Own: £100 non-refundable Application fee and a £450 Property fee which is payable during the second stage of the application.
