Supporting documentation

In order to process your Rent to Own application, we require some supporting documentation. As a minimum we require:

• 3 months most recent and consecutive bank statements with no missing pages or text for all accounts that you are using.
• 3 months most recent consecutive complete pay slips.
• Photographic ID either a valid passport or driving license.
• Proof of address.
• Benefit documentation you wish us to consider.
