David Little BSc MBA
David joined the Board in 2014 and serves on the Audit, Risk & Governance Committee. David took on the role of Chair in June 2021.
David has a BSc in Civil Engineering (QUB) and an MBA (UU).
He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Building and is Past Chair of CIOB in Ireland. He was NI Director of NHBC for 10 years until his retirement in 2017. He has a continuing interest in housing development and is currently Chair of ‘Forum for a Better Housing Market NI’.
David was the National House Building Council’s (NHBC) Director for Northern Ireland and Isle of Man.
